PROFILES (CRM)

Most marketers accept that personalising emails, content and online advertising can generate spectacular returns. However, traditional web data deficiencies have prevented these marketers from running the campaigns they want with key information such as the behaviour and preferences of visitors being unavailable.

Profiles (CRM) allows marketers to setup a preferred profile, identify all visitors that match that profile, and extract a powerful summary of each contact's actions, behaviour and value.  A scoring method scores each contact, based on the criteria defined in the profile. This information, contact by contact, can be streamed into third party tools to facilitate intelligent email, content and advertising.

To help the marketer determine the value of the profile they have created, an interactive dashboard is provided that summarises the overall value of the profile. For example, a marketer can instantly determine that in a given profile, 35% of contacts have made a sale, 20% responded to PPC and 1 in 3 engaged with the registration process.
