INTELLIMAP

Intellimap is a suite of tools designed to help users of Intellitracker Enterprise to visualise visitor behaviour. Intellimap records every mouse click and overlays a view of this activity on the relevant site.  This provides users with a powerful insight into exactly how visitors are interacting with a web page.

Intellimap employs 3 visualisation techniques: link mapping, click mapping and heat mapping. All are integrated with Intellitracker’s visitor segmentation tools allowing users to visually analyse the activities of groups of visitors.

These ground-breaking views have numerous possible applications including:

- Determining the effect of layout and navigation

- Identifying content or 'page areas' which visitors are not interacting

- Assessing the effect of promotions, links and content types

Intellimap is available within the Analytics module, and can also be accessed using the Intellitracker Enterprise browser toolbar or as a standalone product.  It iis designed for use by both web analysts and those with little experience of web analytics.

These visualisation techniques emphasise the importance Intellitracker  places on converting data into forms where it can be quickly understand and interpreted. This information has been successfully deployed by many organisations and is used by a variety of end-users... from Analysts through to Business Owners.
