Having valuable information available is all very well, but many organisations stumble when trying to disemminate it. A classic example is the profileration of web stats tools that generate 'hundreds' of reports. These reports are thrown together in loosely defined menus and given names that try to explain their purpose. We have all experienced that 'lost' feeling when trying to get to grips with such an approach.

The Desktop module within Intellitracker Enterprise tackles these issues head on. Firstly, it's a truly personal workspace, where each user can organise their own work & access their favourite reports. Desktop automatically creates information it considers useful for each user, but also enables them to define their own structure and content.

Desktop is available wherever the user is online... so it breaks down traditional limitations associated with organisation's rigid (and often outdated) data storage structures. All items within Desktop are stored within Intellitracker Enterprise's enterprise-class infrastructure, secure from outside attack and protected by regimented back-up processes.

Most importantly, Desktop is designed as a collaborative working environment, where you take any work item and choose to share it with another user. This collaborative approach allows users to work efficiently together, sharing the information they deam useful, and allow the rapid deployment of reports or information to those people that need it.

Desktop fully integrates with the 'Analytics' module of Intellitracker Enterprise, so a user can create favourite reports or Pinboards (dashboards) and save them in their own workspace... but it is not limited to this. Desktop allows users to store their own digital media, documents and bookmarks as well.
